Sadly not - looks like the job post on UNICEF got closed out - Though I recommend checking out the UNICEF github org as they keep a lot of their OSS project there and i’m sure there’s ways to contribute there: unicef · GitHub
also you can check out the UNICEF venture fund website with the list of projects they fund - if I remember correctly all the funded projects are at least on the pathway to becoming OSS - but always worth checking the project website and github repo for an OSS license
