In our monthly call on May 7, 2025 we discussed the finding of very low traffic in this forum. We continued this discussion on June 4, 2025 with the following questions:
What are we as a community, how do we want to progress, and what can we do to make this community more powerful and increase our impact?
To get things started, I showed a plan for how we could check where we are now, explain what we want to achieve, and decide how to do this with the limited resources we have: Community strategy document (Note: this document link is read only, but approved OSD Nextcloud users should be able to edit it. Otherwise add your notes in this thread).

Next steps:

  1. Review the document (everyone)
  2. Discuss in our next monthly call (all meeting participants)
  3. Implement the steps (everyone)
