So a few things came up in the last OSD monthly call:

  1. Who has access to all the OSD related credentials/logins and are they stored somewhere (like in a secure LastPass group account?) and if not, could they be?

  2. What’s the process or agreement for having access to an OSD account (twitter, email etc)

  3. How do we pass over responsibility to others when someone doesn’t need, or want access to accounts anymore?

  4. How do we pass over admin privileges here on the discourse?

  5. Is there a doc/hand over process that we have or can implement for people taking over that responsibility?

Twitter can be accessed via tweetdeck, I guess, which allows to tweet without knowing the password of the actual osd account.
