Introducing Logobridge

Hello everyone,

We at Ura Design launched Logobridge yesterday, an open source collection of public domain logos anyone can use for their projects for free: https://logobridge.co

All logos are available in their glyph form and you can tweak or adapt them to your needs, as their CC0 Public domain dedication allows basically any usage. Of course launching a product with a public domain logo might not be suitable for a product release so you can also specify a price you are willing to pay and we at Ura will design a logo for you. From the proceeds we also will support the Open Source Design collective, going towards community outreach and fostering design initiatives in open source.

You can also support us on our mission by becoming a patron at our Patreon: https://patreon.com/ura We hope to add new logos every month and grow the collection of public domain logos. Logobridge is also available in German too as of now.

Of course Logobridge itself is open source and powered by Jekyll. You can find the repo on GitHub: https://github.com/uracreative/logobridge

If you want to contribute with a logo one of your past clients didn’t appreciate enough, you can file a Pull Request or an Issue on GitHub and we can include it in the upcoming month.

Awesome project…

Great!!!

Any chance of getting the logos as svg “source” files along with the glyphs? This would help a lot with tweaking the logos. Maybe this can be set as an option when submitting a new logo…

This is a pretty interesting project!

How can I contribute, I have a few logos I would love to add to this project.

Hello there @teamtibzy, you can contribute by creating a pull request on the Logobridge repository GitHub - uracreative/logobridge: Monthly updated resource for free public domain logos by Ura.

Let me know if you need help with it.

I am new to GitHub and I really don’t know how to create a pull request, I am looking at the screen but don’t know what to do. Is there any way you can help me out?
