I used to be design lead at Ushahidi http://ushahidi.com/ working on Humanitarian open source technology born out of Kenya.

I’m now design lead at https://thirdsectordesign.org/ working with NGO clients mostly with CiviCRM.

I do a lot of talking about: Diversity and Inclusion in design, Open Source Design and designing for humanitarian crises, trauma and human rights.

I’m part of the core group at Open Source Design

In my non-design life I’m a big video game and comic book nerd and I’m a LGBTQ+ activist.
