Heroku error when posting a job


After submitting a job at https://opensourcedesign.net/jobs/job-form/, an error is displayed like so:

Application error

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, [check your logs for details](https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/logging#view-logs). You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
`heroku logs --tail`

Apparently I did something wrong and I apologize for that. Would someone with access to the logs be kind enough to let me know what went wrong? The submission was posted a few minutes before this message, i.e. before 5pm Sunday 23 March 2020 Berlin Timezone.
