Another month, another meeting! Thanks to all who joined and shared their thoughts!

The short version: Paul and Alex from FOSS Backstage are planning an [open source design mini-event](https://discourse.opensourcedesign.net/t/foss-backstage-design-sub-event/3619), and we want to have an [open source design devroom at FOSDEM](https://discourse.opensourcedesign.net/t/fosdem-2024-call-for-devrooms-has-opened/3626) next year. Also @Erioldoesdesign and I worked on a very cool study about designers in open source 🙂

> - Vermont Complex Systems great source of funding for underrepresented communities within OSS
> - Participants were paid! Grant proposal in the repo
