- a draft of the devroom submission is available at [FOSDEM 2019 Open Source Design organization](https://discourse.opensourcedesign.net/t/fosdem-2019-open-source-design-organization/692/10) Please give feedback and comment as needed.
- submission deadline is September 20th
- @belenbarrospena will submit the stand proposal. Deadline is November 2nd.

- @belenbarrospena will not make it this year either.

- none of us had any news on this. Maybe @jan could give us an update?
