# Community strategy

In our monthly call on May 7, 2025 we discussed the finding of very low traffic in this forum. We continued this discussion on June 4, 2025 with the following questions:  
**What are we as a community, how do we want to progress, and what can we do to make this community more powerful and increase our impact?**  
To get things started, I showed a plan for how we could check where we are now, explain what we want to achieve, and decide how to do this with the limited resources we have: [Community strategy document](https://cloud.opensourcedesign.net/s/xyr7crGkX3pQTRt) (Note: this document link is read only, but approved OSD Nextcloud users should be able to edit it. Otherwise add your notes in this thread).

Next steps:

1. Review the document (everyone)
2. Discuss in our next monthly call (all meeting participants)
3. Implement the steps (everyone)
